Penn Pursuit Rods

Penn Pursuit® rods were designed for recreational anglers fishing light tackle in either saltwater or freshwater. Rod actions and tapers are forgiving, yet remain powerful enough to land large trophy-sized fish, due to Pennʼs composite graphite blank. Pursuit® rods were built at a more economical price point than other Penn rods, but with higher quality standards than the competition. Penn Pursuit® rods will become a favorite of fishermen, with quality and performance wrapped into one economical package. Pursuit® rods feature graphite reel seats and aluminum-oxide guides for durability, reduced line wear, and can even be fished with super-braided lines. This series of rods was designed to complement the already popular Penn Silverado® spinning reel, and based on the perfectly matched cosmetics, they are a fine looking Penn rod and reel combination.
